Graduated in Physical Culture in Havana, Cuba, Carlos Perez has specialized in sports biomechanics since 1998, combining scientific research, technology, and high-performance coaching. In 1998, he developed an innovative motion analysis system that received a national research award (SAM), helping establish new standards in movement analysis and contributing to the evolution of modern sports biomechanics. Throughout his career, Carlos has worked as a biomechanics professor at the International Sports School (EIEFD) and as an advisory researcher for national teams in athletics, triathlon, rhythmic gymnastics, table tennis, badminton, and tennis, including Davis Cup programs in Venezuela. He also served as a professor in Olympic Solidarity courses organized by the Pan American Sports Organization and taught Research Methodology in Colombia while advising universities such as UDCA University and the University of Tolima on biomechanics and performance analysis. Carlos founded Media Ingenious , a company focused on developing customized sports performance software and advanced analytical tools. As a tennis coach and biomechanics specialist, his work centers on stroke optimization, movement efficiency, injury prevention, and the integration of new technologies into player development. In 2022, he co-founded TennisNRG , a high-performance tennis platform dedicated to combining biomechanics, analytics, and elite athlete development.
